This kind of spontaneous, uncrafted poetry is generally not what appeals to me when it comes to poetry. But I do like these, Tommy, because "a bird's still gotta sing" and you always do it with great panache, no matter what the genre is.

So there is, of course, room for different voices in poetry. But not everyone can write free verse as well as those, like you, who firstly are well tuned to their heart and soul - and secondly, have something important to say. The latter is your gift.
